UK

All UK orders will be sent via a fully tracked service. 

International

All International Orders will be sent via a specialist international courier such as DPD, Fedex, UPS or similar. You have the choice of Express Saver which is 1-2 working days for delivery or Standard which is 4-5 working days for delivery. Both services are fully tracked. The price varies depending on order size. 

PLEASE NOTE: For international orders we do not collect any taxes at the checkout. The courier will contact you directly once the order has arrived in your country and will charge you a processing fee (approx €15) in addition to any import charges. We have no control over these charges and are not able to accurately calculate what they may be. If you cause your order to be returned to us (by refusing delivery, not paying charges etc.) then any charges passed on to us from the courier relating to Customs Brokering and/or transport charges will be subtracted from your refund.

You will receive an email to say when your order is dispatched and you can choose to create an account which will also give you details of your order's current status. You will receive tracking information from the courier which should keep you updated as to the whereabouts of your parcel up until delivery.
